Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

INTRODUCTION

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made by customers (“Customer” or “You”) in the United States of America and Canada through our website or physical stores. By initiating a purchase, you agree to this Policy.

PURCHASES; PAYMENT

Company bills through an online billing account for purchases of products and/or services. You agree to pay Company all charges at the prices then in effect for the Products you or other persons using your billing account may purchase, and you authorize Company to charge your chosen payment provider for any such purchases. You agree to make payment using that selected payment method. Company reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. Sales tax will be added to the sales price of purchases as deemed required by Company. Company may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

30-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

You have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase for any reason. Please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new and open-box in good condition with the original proof of purchase (“Return Period”). Items received as gifts may also be returned under this Policy, provided the return is made within the Return Period.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please send us the following by email to [email protected]:

  • Your order number (can be found in your account Order History on our website), or an original receipt of purchase;
  • Picture or video demonstrating that the product you wish to return is in new and original condition or, if it is an open-box product, that it is in good and working condition and not tampered with. 
  • Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, inclusive of all the component parts, original accessories, and any additional bonus items (if relevant). In instances where the product is delivered to you in more than one box, please delay initiating a return until all boxes have been received. The return period commences from the date of receipt of the final box.
  • If the return is within the Return Period, we will send you in reply an email with info on how to get the item back to us which will include a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Send the item back to us using the prepaid label within 5 days.
  • If you wish to return an unopened item in its original state past the Return Period, but before 90 days from the date of receipt, you can still initiate the return process, but will not receive a prepaid label of return. 
  • Once we’ve received the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

CANCELLING YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Because we’re trying to get items to you as fast as possible, there’s a limited window to cancel your order. You can cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed. If cancellation is no longer available, you can initiate the return process once you receive you item. 

MISSING, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT RETURN POLICY

If you received a missing, damaged, defective or incorrectly sent item (“Affected Items”), please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To help us understand what went wrong, please provide us with all necessary details and, where possible, pictures and videos of the Affected Items.

When returning the Affected Items, we kindly ask you to package them up as they came – in their original packaging, with all the bits and pieces that came with them. If your item was delivered in multiple boxes, please hold on until you have received all of them before starting your return.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll have a good look at the item and your return claim. Once we’ve checked everything, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved or denied. Don’t worry – if it’s approved, we’ve got you covered. You can choose between a full refund or a replacement, if one is available. If you opt for a refund, we’ll process it promptly and credit your original payment method.

RETURNING A GIFT

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, we are at your service! If it is within the Return Period, contact us by email, send us the gift receipt and follow the return process above. Once we receive the item, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the value of the returned item. The original purchaser can also initiate the above return process and we’ll process the return promptly and credit their original payment method.

STORE CREDIT

If you wish to return an item, or cancel and order after the Return Period has lapsed, under certain circumstances, we may still provide you with store credit. You can also choose to receive store credit as your preferred refund method. If a refund is processed as store credit, this will be issued in the form of a digital voucher sent via email as a coupon code (“Coupon Code”). Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The store credit voucher is redeemable only on our website or at our physical stores and must be used within one year from the date of issue, after which it will expire. Please treat the store Coupon Code like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen store credit codes. If the purchase exceeds the amount of the store credit, the difference must be paid by the customer. If the purchase is less than the amount of the store credit, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher for future use. 

PURCHASING STORE CREDIT AS A GIFT

You have the option to purchase store credit in the form of a digital voucher (a Coupon Code) as a gift for others. The Coupon Code can be redeemed on our website or at our physical stores. Once the purchase is complete, an email containing the Coupon Code will be sent to the purchaser, who can then forward or present the code to the recipient as a gift. The Coupon Code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. It must be used within one year from the date of issue, after which it will expire.
